Founded in the year 1975, the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA (UPHSD) is a highly recognized university in the Philippines. The University is accredited by CHED, Philippines, WHO, MCI, Medical Board of California (USA), FAIMER, etc. It has 3 major campuses in Philippines namely; Calamba, Las Pinas, Molino. It is a co-educational and a private university. There are more than 20,000 students complemented by over 1000 faculty staff.

University has 300 bedded hospitals named UNIVERSITY OF PERPETUAL HELP DALTA MEDICAL CENTER within the campus. Also, the University has affiliated with various top hospitals in Manila.
