About University
Yerevan Haybusak University is among the prominent medical schools in Armenia. Established in 1990 by Academician Levon Harutyunyan, it has now 5400 undergraduates, 6000 alumni, 300 educators (among them 48 Professors, 64 PhD, 12 Academicians). The college was allowed state accreditation in 2001. The resources at Yerevan Haybusak University are Medicine, Economics, Humanities and International relations.
In 2007 Yerevan Haybusak University, together with the Armenian Open University and the International Relations Institute built up the International Academy of Education (IAE), an instructive structure which joined the powers of the previously mentioned organizations in giving higher and undergraduate training.
The students at Yerevan Haybusak University experience a colourful cultural life. They get the chance to meet and interact with students coming from all corners of the country thus providing them knowledge about various cultures. The university celebrates all prominent festivals of the world to make sure the students do not miss the feeling of their homes.

Student’s Life
The University provides comfortable accommodation & dining facilities to its student, especially Indian students; as Indian delicacies are also available for them. It accommodates its students in its two houses for international students with a separate dining area. Rooms are fully furnished decorated with all the basic amenities and the space is clean & tidy. Laundry service is also available for the students.
The university has a separate sports complex, a library with over 6 Lakhs books, gym and swimming pool facility as well. There is an extra-curricular department, which operates all the sports activities on campus that includes dancing, theatre, drama, soccer, volleyball, basketball, power lifting, chess, and much more. For transportation; students can take advantage of the regular bus service or metro.
